Job Title: Inside Sales Associate (Medicine Sales) Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The Sales team will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone and chat to address their medicinal needs, provide product information, and assist with orders. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of medicinal products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone and chat to understand their medicinal needs and provide relevant product information.
- Assist customers with placing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to their purchases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, including brand names, salt compositions, drug forms, and other key details.
- Provide accurate and timely information about product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and following up on order status and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch.
- Document customer interactions and update records to track customer preferences and trends. Qualifications:

- Diploma or equivalent. D.Pharma, B.Pharma or M.Pharma graduates will be preferred
