**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support:

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Office Operations:

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Oversee mail distribution and courier services, including sorting incoming mail and arranging outgoing shipments.
- Facilities Management:

- Monitor and manage office facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Coordinate office layouts, seating arrangements, and workspace allocation.
- Reception and Front Desk:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area, including receiving and directing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
