**JOB BRIEF**

To develop sales policies for employee high performance by creating a culture in organization for attracting new talents and retaining the existing employees.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

2. Prepare all sales related documents & Policies

3. Improving work culture in organization for team building and Loyalty

4. Good organizational and time-management skills

**EDUCATION**

Minimum Education:

- Graduate in any discipline

Technical Education:

- DIPLOMA IN SALES

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum Experience Sales:

- 2+ year

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

a. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

b. Leadership skills

c. Knowledge of sales related software

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
