**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to address their requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the interior product line.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
Present products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products' capabilities.

Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and design concepts to provide insightful product recommendations to clients.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials.
Work with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience from order placement to delivery.

**Market Intelligence**:Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to adapt and adjust sales approaches as needed.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, emerging market needs, and potential areas for product improvement.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline status for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or home improvement industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product value to clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related software.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and trends is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is desirable.
