Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires handling walk-in customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service at the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the store.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store presentation.
  • Handle billing, payments, and maintain sales records.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
