**Job Description: Office Administrator at SS Industries and Marketing**
**Company Overview**: SS Industries and Marketing is a service-based roofing company dedicated to providing high-quality roofing solutions to our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers alike.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Communication and Correspondence**:
- Maintain professional and prompt communication with vendors and customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- **Vendor and Customer Relations**:
- Act as a liaison between SS Industries and Marketing and our vendors and customers.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors under the guidance of management.
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Oversee office equipment and ensure maintenance when necessary.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
