Roles and Responsibilities

The primary role of the project coordinator will be to ensure that the project/task is delivered in time with excellent quality. He/she should have a very good understanding of requirement gathering and a flair for explaining what the exact requirement is.
- Communicate with clients and development team during the execution process and oversee the execution of work.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitoring project progress and creating status reports for management and stakeholders for
- daily, weekly and scheduled basis.
- Take ownership of deliverables and set priorities depending upon the timelines set by
- management.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the tech team and
- external stakeholders throughout the development life cycle.
- Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
- Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization's management team.
- Good knowledge of Agile development processes to achieve impactful outcomes
- Ability to communicate with international clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of comfort working in teams and making teams successful.
- Excellent written & oral communication
- Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach

**Salary**: ₹12,801.44 - ₹35,686.74 per month
