**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) that thrives on managing many smaller projects and change requests and is highly organized and detail oriented. This person is an effective communicator both within in our company and with external clients.
**Position Responsibilities Include**:
- Document, communicate, and improve workflow processes.
- Manage many parallel smaller external customer projects and change requests through all the lifecycle stages: planning, design, execution, and delivery.
- Accurately maintain project tracking systems and keep clients informed of progress.
- Ensure that projects are appropriately staffed.
- Involved in project teams of 2-3 people.
- Work under direct supervision. Handle basic issues and problems.
- Monitor and control all aspects of the projects.
- Identify project issues and risks and urgently take appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule and budget.
- Publish project status and metrics.
- Delight your clients by exceeding their expectations.
- Oversee project financials from the initial work order through to client invoicing.
- Be a life-long learner. Enhance your skills to make yourself invaluable.
**Professional Qualifications - Skills and Abilities Required**:
- Proficient in English, with excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a larger number of smaller projects for external clients.
- Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly productive, and rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrate urgency to maintain project momentum.

- Experience with SaaS and software development projects.

**Education and Experience Required**:
- 2-3 Years software development project management experience in the financial services industry leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, PowerBI and Visio.
- Experience managing projects with external stakeholders.
- Experience with NetSuite/OpenAir is a plus.
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance (Life, Annuity, Disability Income) preferred.
**Expected hours of Work**:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support deployments and other work demands**.**
