We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software project manager. The responsibilities of the software project manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Project Planning - Task identification, estimation, scheduling, and assignment.
- Project Team Coordination - Task progress monitoring and issue resolution.
- Project Documentation - Maintain and review task sheets, defects sheets and reports, requirements, and technical documentation.
- Project Management Tools - Use project management tools to monitor project progress, slippage, etc.
- Processes Management - Ensure that all the project implementation and delivery processes are well managed.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting - Monitor the project progress, issue resolution, and report to management and client.
- Client Management - Managing client calls, requirement clarification, status reporting, and other project issues.

Requirement Management (Good To Have)
- Responsible for understanding & documenting project requirements (Ex Functional Specification Document) and acting as a bridge between the customer and the team during project execution.

Technical Mentoring (Good to have)
- Involved in technical discussions with the client and team and provide solutions and guidance to the team.

What you must be good at:

- 2-4 years of experience as a product owner/project manager.
- Must have handled a team of software developers, and QAs.
- The person should have experience in coordinating / managing software development products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
