As a BDM in the automobile industry, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business, building strong relationships, and driving growth.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion in the automobile industry.
**Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads, targeting prospective clients, dealerships, and other business partners.
**Client Acquisition**: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including automotive dealers, distributors, and related businesses.
**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet their objectives.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our automobile products and services, ensuring the ability to communicate their value effectively.
**Sales Strategy**: Create and implement sales strategies, setting clear objectives, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
**Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements, including pricing, terms, and performance expectations.
**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care.
**Market Expansion**: Identify and execute strategies for expanding our presence in new territories, considering market potential and competition.
**Reporting**: Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights, providing valuable information for decision-making.
**Budget Management**: Manage the budget allocation for business development activities, ensuring effective resource utilization.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the automobile industry.
- **Automobile Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the automobile industry, including products, trends, and market dynamics.
- **Sales and Negotiation Skills**: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- **Strategic Thinker**: A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- **Data-Driven**: Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to make informed decisions.
- **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and market expansion activities.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
