- **Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Responsible for develop Business, to do constant Evaluation/Monitoring competition, Market condition and trends, business Mapping and strategizing counter action to secure the business and client.
- Handling Client escalation for resolving critical quality, Commercial and various other issues for training customer’s loyalty, and reducing customer mortality rate.
- International Marketing and Export
- 2/3 years experience
- Responsible for generating business from new clients for the company's growth.
- Prepare Annual and monthly sales target, identifying prospective clients and acquiring them through sales initiatives along with gathering information on new opportunities.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
- Maintaining relation with clients.
- Arrange customer audits effective coordination with Technical, Manufacturing and Logistics department and response submission to customer satisfaction
- Samples dispatches
- Maintain dispatch report
- Follow up payment status from the party
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, ppt etc).
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Good command in written and speaking English.
