**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**

Proven Experienced in automotive export preferred. Knowledge of the International Automotive market.

Knowledge of overseas certification and laws for export for US, Europe and other countries.

Key account management for ongoing export business.

Should be well experienced to start work from day 1 in the automotive exports.

The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries

To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements overseas.

To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.

To ensure that the all the sales activities are carried out within the agreed volume, sales, and within the given time scales.

To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.

To constantly review department performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.

Plan various sales related schemes for particular channel or country.

Formulating sales budget for the countries basis discussion with the management.

Formulates sales and marketing strategies for company products in International market.

Participates in setting up of annual sales target and marketing strategies for own assigned countries.

Coordinates with all concerned parties to support and increase sales volumes in international market.

Sets sales promotion activities and monitors and modifies marketing campaigns on own area of responsibilities.

Analyses business opportunities and identify and implement for business growth.

Cultivates closed relations with major customers.

Develops business relationships with customers to acquire business information and support.

Establish and maintain an update sales and marketing database.

Achieve pre-defined international sales targets.

Develop key relationships with international customers.

**Desirable Skills**:
2. Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships

3. Excellent English communication skills, Excellent analytical, result-oriented and good business common sense

4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill.

**Educational Qualification**

Any graduate or preferably MBA in marketing

**Experience**

15 years or above only in Automotive industry in Export Marketing & Sales

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
