**Claims Coordinator**:
We are seeking a Claims Coordinator to support our Global Claims team for our Mumbai Office. Employees that mirror the values of the organization will have opportunities to advance into roles with increased responsibility.
**What You Will Do In Your Role**:
- All claims sent to the US Office is numbered and the same is updated in the Excel spreadsheet.
- The claims progress status is reviewed between the logistics and sales team on weekly basis.
- The outcome of the discussions along with the updated claims spreadsheets is forwarded to the US Offices.
- Provide Logical conclusion to US Office.
**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 years and above experience in logistics, shipping.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
**What Will Put You Ahead**:
- Have experience of worked in a similar profile in a manufacturing firm, export-import firm or with an indenter/trader.
- Should have expertise in handling global claims.
- Should be a self-starter with a high level of motivation.
