**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Client Engagement**
- Engage with clients and offer personalized jewelry recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury events.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and handle client follow-ups.

**Operations & Store Support**
- Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.
- Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet luxury standards.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with event logistics.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations (luxury jewelry/watch/fashion preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fine jewelry and customer service.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
- Flexible to work weekends and during exhibitions/events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
