We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will monitor our production operations and ensure that they profitably deliver maximum quality. Your duties will include monitoring employees٫, organizing workflows, and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.

You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production operations within the plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and optimize production schedules to meet demand.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to maintain product standards.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Develop and implement process improvements

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 yrs. Experience as a Production Supervisor within the Agrochemical industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize production data.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
