Injecion Moulding Machine Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine operators and mould setters to ensure smooth workflow and optimal machine utilization.
- Monitor injection moulding operations to ensure production targets, quality specifications, and efficiency benchmarks are consistently met.
- Lead or assist in mould changeovers, machine setups, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Oversee routine maintenance of moulds and injection moulding equipment to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on machine operation, safety procedures, and production best practices.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve product issues, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation including production logs, downtime reports, and machine efficiency records.

Pay: ₹30,000.64 - ₹35,000.02 per month
