**We Are Hiring: Junior Supervisor - Production / Plant Operations**

Jay AMBE Industries is expanding its team and looking for a disciplined and responsible **Junior Supervisor** to support daily production activities, manage shop-floor coordination, and ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day production tasks and team activities
- Coordinate with machine operators and workers to maintain output
- Monitor and record production data and material usage
- Ensure basic quality, safety, and housekeeping practices are followed
- Report progress, challenges, and requirements to senior supervisors
- Support in raw material receipt and finished goods dispatch coordination

**Eligibility Criteria**
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Fabrication, or Production preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
- Knowledge of metal fabrication or plant operations is an advantage
- Good communication, basic discipline, and willingness to learn are essential
