**Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall organic traffic growth of the organization
- Responsible for creating SEO strategies, identifying growth opportunities and areas of improvements
- Technical Website Audit to find and rectify issues on the website
- Performing competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities and drive growth
- Working closely with the tech team to fix the technical issues of the website, ability to plan and prioritize the tasks
- Working closely with the content team to ensure all content is well-optimized before publishing
- Identifying and improving website crawling and indexing, page speed, user experience, and mobile-friendliness
- Responsible for managing a team of SEO Manager and SEO Executives
- Responsible for execution of Content and SEO strategy.
- Implement various off-page strategies to improve website credibility visibility in search
- Understanding the Implementation of various types of content schema
- Responsible for understanding the trending content using various analysis
- Creating the content in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with tech and product team for implementation of different changes needed for SEO improvements

**Requirements**:

- Min. 7-8 years of experience in the SEO Field
- Experience in managing a team of atleast 5 people in the SEO and content field
- Solid understanding of Basic and Advanced SEO Techniques, and well-versed with on-Page, Off-Page, Site Level SEO techniques
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console as well as other SEO tools to derive key action items from the data
- Basic understanding of GPT and how to use it to write content
