**Content Manager - Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English for CAT Exam Category
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Development:

- Create, review, and update study materials for Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English.
- Develop practice questions, mock tests, and solution sets in line with the latest CAT exam pattern.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance. (Must be using AI tools to improve efficiency)
- Team Management:

- Allocate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on all content to ensure it meets the highest standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the CAT exam pattern and incorporate these into the study materials.
- Training and Development:

- Organize training sessions for the content team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior content developers.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product development team to integrate content into digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and strategies.
- Innovation:

- Continuously seek innovative ways to improve content delivery using AI tools and student engagement.
- Incorporate feedback from students and other stakeholders to refine and enhance content quality.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline. (Post Graduate preferred)
- Additional qualifications in management or education technology will be an advantage.
- Must have scored 95+ percentile in CAT exam.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content development for competitive exams, particularly CAT.
- Proven track record of managing content teams and delivering high-quality educational materials.
- Skills:

- Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using educational technology tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
