**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling whole JAIIB CAIIB Examination. Must know the exam pattern and designing of Study Notes, Questions related to the exam.
- Should be proficient in exam research and well upto date regarding the changes taking place in current exam pattern.
- Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions.
- Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
- Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses
- Plan, develop content for live & recorded courses, in coordination with Content Managers and other stakeholders
- Plan, develop and execute launch of new Test Series (or live tests), in coordination with Content Managers and other team members
- Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality
- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubtsTrain Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have knowledge of JAIIB/CAIIB Exams
- An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India
- Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
- Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
- Prior experience in teaching and content development will be preferrable
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills
