**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Recruiter** to join our growing team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within our organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to fulfill them.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate and support hiring managers during the interview process.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and pipeline.
- Maintain and improve employer branding initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,122.41 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
