Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to fill current and future job openings.
- **Screening and Interviewing**:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- **Job Posting and Advertisement**:

- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and accurate.
- Monitor job postings and ensure they are effectively reaching the target audience.
- **Recruitment Analytics**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes and outcomes.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed and social media recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
