**About the Role**:

- We are looking for Recruiters with a minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT/ Pharma/ Finance or Energy sector
- Strong Knowledge of recruitment practices.
- Linkedin Recruiter experience.
- Hands on experience handling multiple requirements at a time.
- Strong relationship building qualities.
- Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills in English)
- Other tasks as assigned by the managers.
- Domestic Indian recruitment
- UK, US and other location based recruitment.
- Come up with brilliant ideas to increase productivity.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of full time working experience.
- Excellent communication including both written and verbal skills in English.
- Experience working in Indian/ US/ UK market (Any).
- Must have their own laptop to work.
- This is an onsite role in Sector 75, Mohali. Must be able to work onsite.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
