**We are looking for IT Recruiter**
**Experience**:

- 3+ Years
**Location** - 34 Sector Chandigarh

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
- Understand technical requirements of each role and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, PHP, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
