- Responsibilities_
- _Administration of customer Quotations & Contract, I,e change, modify, create, coordinate for closure_
- _Sales Order Processing ie - create sale order as per requirement of the process like packed goods, bulk order, FOC, express sales Oder handling_
- _Create Sales Order with Letter of Credit (L/C)_
- _Monitor orders - like rejections, modify, resolve block orders_
- _Sales Order support - Complaint handling, create consignment billing, return, pick up as per the process_
- _Customer Support - Daily supervising the assigned orders and exceptions validations_
- _Support Payment Collection_

- Qualifications/Experience we seek in you_

**_ _**
- _SAP ERP experience_
- _Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Filters, Lookups, Pivot etc.,)_
- _Customer Focus, Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation, Multi-tasking abilities required_

- Minimum qualifications_
- _B.Com Graduate_

- Preferred Qualifications_
- _Preferred - Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration_
