**Regional Coordinator**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Manage the field team** **in assigned region** for data collection and ensure 100% data collection as per given timelines
- Drive **100% adherence to data collection processes among field team**, with a goal to submit complete and accurate data
- Manage field PJPs and reports, including roster and field check reports
- Conduct **regular field visits** (accompaniments and back checks) and store calling to ensure auditor quality
- Answer all client or HO queries on data submissions for assigned region on timely basis
- Take charge of rolling out processes across team and ensure that team adheres to implemented process / policy.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**

**EDUCATION**:
**Required**:
Bachelors degree in any stream

**EXPERIENCE**:
**Required**:

- **5-7 years’ experience in managing field force in the Market Research domain, with at least 3-4 years of team handling experience**
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication (both written and oral) skills
- Ability to manage cyclical work processes and work with field force
- Willing to **travel within assigned region for field visits** and auditor checks
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Must be flexible to adapt to program changes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,884.86 - ₹35,371.45 per month
