**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee legal clauses and provisions within company contracts and agreements.
- Advise on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal issues.
- Ensure company practices and operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including management and departments, to address legal concerns and support business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance on legal matters to company staff and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with a proven track record in handling complex legal issues.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
