**Position: MentorKey Responsibilities**
- Act as a guide and role model for students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- Provide one-on-one **home tutoring** and academic support.
- Manage and mentor students effectively, ensuring their well-being and success.
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with students, acting as a trusted advisor.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Minimum Educational Requirement**: Any Degree (Bachelor’s or above). islamic degree such as wafiyyya, zahrawiyya,sanaaaeyya can apply.
- **Experience**: Prior mentoring or teaching experience preferred.
- **Language Skills**:

- Excellent fluency in **English** (spoken and written).
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and **student management skills**.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- **Additional Abilities**:

- Proficiency in using digital tools for academic mentoring.
- Ability to adapt to different student learning needs and styles
- **Relocation is must**
