Please note that some (call/chat/live session) have to be done based on the student's convenient time. Sometimes it might occur after work hours.

**Salary**

First two months constitute the probation period, and the salary supplied will be Rs. 10,000/- per month. Upon successful completion of probation, salary will be upgraded to Rs. 15,000/- per month.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Supporting students individually in their online learning experience and acting as a point of contact to address their issues.

2. Ensuring that the program meets their learning needs and addressing their barriers to learning, if any.

3. Monitoring exam oriented progress of each learner through a comprehensive scoring system and delivering adequate individually tailored interventions wherever required.

4. Responding to chats/calls from learners and being available to promptly address their queries, doubts and concerns.

5. Scheduling weekly calls for each learner and monthly video meetings with each batch of students.

6. To conduct live revision sessions whenever applicable.

7. To proofread Assignments (IGNOU) and make suggestions for changes if any.

8. To document and track the complete information of each learner in detail on a daily basis.

9. Ensure availability to occasional group meetings whenever necessary.

10.Update of day-to-day work through one-on-one with the CEO.

11. Escalating concerns with respective Academic Team members, if required.

12. To be aware of the important IGNOU notifications and make sure that the students are well informed of the same.

13. To manage whatsapp student groups.

14. To ensure and maintain that the status of your assigned learners are active.

15. Reporting feedback and insights from interaction with students to the Academic Team so as to make necessary changes in the teaching strategies and methods of delivery.

16. Building a database of activities, programs, opportunities, organizations and individuals that could be drawn upon to provide extra support for students.

17. Submitting reports on student performance and engagement, and suggesting changes and improvements in the system.
