Job description We are seeking a dedicated Residential Mentor to guide and support students within our campus The mentor will be responsible for student management academic coordination and ensuring a structured and organized learning environment This is a residential role requiring the candidate to stay in the school hostel Key Responsibilities Student Management Documentation Maintain and update student records academic progress reports and essential documents Assist students with administrative and academic requirements Class Coordination Student Supervision Ensure smooth scheduling and management of classes Monitor student attendance discipline and overall well-being Provide mentorship and support to students fostering a positive learning environment Faculty Coordination Academic Support Coordinate with faculty members regarding syllabus coverage class schedules and student performance Assist in organizing academic programs assignments and study schedules Required Qualifications Skills Must have a Science background minimum Plus Two Science Strong communication leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage students and create a disciplined yet friendly atmosphere Experience in student mentoring hostel management or academic coordination is a plus Work Environment Benefits This is a residential position the selected candidate must reside in the school hostel Accommodation and food will be provided Opportunity to contribute to students academic and personal growth Job Type Full-time Pay 10 439 22 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
