**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Your Job involves client-facing, you would be responsible for Client/Customer Counseling and customer who visit our office or in any of our Project Sites where you will be posted as the **Sales Consultant**.
- Our Customers come through online Marketing Channels and which are lined up for Walk-ins in the office by the Pre Sales team, thereafter you have to fulfill the duty of the Sales Consultant and show our Project sites. etc.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Responsible for handling clients/agents' inquiries and servicing customer's needs.
- Be an expert on issues of the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, and a quick learner, etc.
- Take customers for site visits and explaining them every detail of the project.
- Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospect clients.
- Contribute to the major goals of the Company in uplifting sales/revenues.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Any graduate - Any specification or 12th Pass with experience.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a sales executive or a relevant role.
- Own bike with Driving License.
- Real Estate Industry knowledge or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
