Bond registrations against issued authorizations from Customs.
- Maintain a data for import and export of each authorization.
- Checking drawback status through Ice gate portal and same sent to forwarder/ CHA for close the drawback quires.

*Checking IGST scroll sanctioned status through Ice gate and update the same in our record.
- Prepared reply of deficiency letter and EODC letters submitted with DGFT.
- All shipment record maintained in Excel and send proof of export to plant concern persons.
- Preparing of GR form and submission of it’s to bank
- Checking of E-BRC status in DGFT portal.
- Check entire document such as check list (shipping bill) before filling on ICE gate as per documents and authorization details.
- Manage the customs clearance as per regulations, procedures and documents.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
