We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.

We at YourDOST are looking for motivated Organizational Psychologist /Psychologist ( 1+ years of experience) based out of Bangalore who wants to make an impact and to work with us as an in-house expert at Bangalore.

**Work Responsibilities**
- Develop and produce compelling content that embodies our philosophy and is backed by research
- Deliver modules, programs, workshops, webinars for corporate clients.
- Proactively monitor, measure and use data analytics to provide meaningful insights about the effectiveness of the programs
- Collaborate with internal functions/ teams and clients to deliver the program
- Understanding core processes of YourDOST functioning.

**Requirement**
- Master’s in Psychology/ Organizational Psychology
- Minimum 1 -2+ years of experience.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English (Hindi & other languages advantageous).
- Strong research and analytical skills (knowledge of excel, SPSS, and other tools is desirable)
- Corporate experience and team leadership preferred.
- Public speaking skills and screen presence.

**Salary**:As per market standard.

**Job Type and Work Hours**: Hybrid, Full-time position and 5-day work week.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
