**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Assessment and Diagnosis**
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews, psychometric testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Formulate and interpret findings to make accurate diagnoses according to established psychological principles and standards.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, patient history, and presenting concerns.

**2. Therapy and Counselling**
- Provide evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoanalytic, and other therapeutic modalities.
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailored to the needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

**3. Collaboration and Consultation**
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to provide coordinated and holistic care.
- Offer consultation to medical and support staff on psychological concerns, patient care planning, and treatment strategies.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and other relevant forums.

**4. Crisis Intervention and Risk Assessment**
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychological distress.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential for self-harm, suicidal ideation, or harm to others, and take necessary steps to ensure patient and staff safety.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Prepare reports and document assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
- Complete required administrative tasks promptly and accurately.

**6. Education and Training**
- Educate patients and their families about psychological conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and continuing education, to stay current on best practices.
- Mentor and supervise junior psychology staff or interns as required.

**7. Ethical and Legal Compliance**
- Adhere to professional ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality, informed consent, and non-discriminatory practice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to patient care and psychological practice.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: MPhil in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- **Licensure**: Valid professional license or certification to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of post-MPhil experience in clinical settings, with a strong background in patient assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
