**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in **Tamil**, **English**, and either **Hindi**, **Telugu**, or **Kannada**, promoting our OEM products and services.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and offering tailored product solutions.
- Engage in cold calling to expand the customer base and generate new business.
- Provide accurate product information, including features, pricing, and promotions.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
- Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate meetings or product demos with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and telemarketing targets.
- Address customer queries, handle objections, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and results.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in the OEM or industrial sector).
- **Fluency in Tamil**, **English**, and **either Hindi**, **Telugu**, or **Kannada** is required for effective communication with regional clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak confidently and clearly over the phone.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Quick to learn about OEM products and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, especially in the B2B sector (OEM, manufacturing, or industrial).
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to recommend suitable products.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
