JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities.
- Follow up on customer communication in timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring incoming enquiries managed in timely manner.

- Follow up on quotations.
- Maintain records of customer details.
- Develop data base of prospective clients.
- Direct contact with prospective clients through personal visits and phone calls.
- Support Sales - Manager/ Staff by completing and processing sales leads and keeping senior

staff informed of any issues.
- Support customer service and work closely with operation and documentation on the

execution of customer service.
- Shipment coordination for specific accounts.
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any

complaints.
- Analyze monthly sales data and transpose to reports.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months/1 year experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics/ Custom Clearance.
- Fluent English.
- In depth knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, while maintain attention to

details.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Export Import: 1 year (preferred)
