We are currently seeking an accountant with a proven track record and hands-on expertise in accounting and TDS.
- Maintain and update entries in the ERP system.
- Prepare cash flow statements and manage cash transactions, including reconciliations for cash, bank, debtors, and petty cash on a monthly basis.
- Generate various management information system (MIS) reports.
- Conduct periodic ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with internal auditors during center account audits.
- Systematically manage fixed assets for the branch.
- Comprehensive management of individual student fee accounts.
- Process invoices for vendor bill payments.
- Manage data for approximately 200-400 student fee collection accounts.
- Collect receipts from students, make vendor payments, and manage daily cash expenses while updating entries in the Tally ERP package.
- Effectively utilize accounting software.
- Prepare P-Tax Returns, E-TDS Returns, and issue TDS certificates.
- Implement cost control measures.
- Monitor outstanding fee details on a daily basis.
- Obtain quotations from various suppliers and seek approval from the head office.
- Collaborate closely with government departments to ensure timely deposits.
- Manage tax and ESIC Chelan/returns, as well as sales tax-related tasks such as issuing waybills from tax authorities.
- Obtain quotations from different suppliers for the purchase of fixed assets and seek approval from the head office.
- Liaise with various banks for educational loans for students.
- Address other administration-related issues at the branch.
- Maintain stock inventory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 4-8 years of experience in a reputable firm or company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally software.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
