- Assist with customer order processing, product returns, and refunds.

- Collaborate with other departments across the organization to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding customer feedback and complaints.
- Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience working with customer service software.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Prior experience working in a customer service role is a plus.
