- Marathahalli, Bangalore.

**Interview rounds** - HR, ops and amact 54

**3 months work from office during training period**

**After that completely WFH**

**Power back** - yes

**Wifi** - 50 Mbps

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer queries.
- Resolve customer issues regarding products, services, or technical support.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer issues, solutions provided, and ensure follow-up if required.
- Stay updated with technical knowledge and product features to effectively assist clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
