Introduction:
The AVP, Quality Lead is responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance team. This position is responsible for all processes related to Quality Assurance, including account level reviews and call listening, providing specific, measurable results to support changes in products, processes, and procedures that support business initiatives and results. The AVP will also be accountable to Quality VPs for oversight.
What will you be doing?
This role will be hands On “In Person Presence in US Timings of Approx. 6 PM to 4 AM IST
This is a largely work in office ( Pune Office ) “Leadership of the team & Real Time availability of the AVP for US Stake-holder interactions in US Timings”. This is not a Remote Work from Home Assignment as it requires in Person Provision of Leadership in the Pune Office for the US Operations.
The operations will have weekends working
- Manage the quality team and overall quality and listening process
- Ensure policy and procedures within Quality Assurance are updated when needed and approved on an annual basis
- Manage, monitor and report on quality metrics and performance of colleagues
- Liaison between Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Subject matter expert in system/processes in functional area of quality assurance support (understands implications of changes in quality assurance and to other current practices)
- Maintain test scripts; ensure quality forms meet business need and are approved on an annual basis
- Attend quality assurance forums on a monthly basis and produce reporting around trends and deliverable action plans
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Travel may be required.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven BA4 experience in QA/Operations
- Proven Credit Card operations experience
- Knowledge of credit card regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results driven with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
