**Details of the role and team**

Counterparty Master Technology (CM Technology) provides a single golden source of verified counterparty data for diligence platforms covering Anti Money Laundry (AML) / Know Your Client (KYC) / Sanctions and Political Exposed Person (PEP) screening, Tax, Credit and Regulation. The platform also captures our relationships to our counterparties and serve as the golden source for distributable reference data.

CM Technology is delivering a high priority book of work through an Agile delivery model.

The key driver for CM Technology book of work is the Client Lifecycle Transformation. This is a multi-year program to redesign F2B client lifecycle for CB and IB. This encompasses data, process, and controls through the full client lifecycle from risk appetite, client data, onboarding, monitoring to managed exit; whilst focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of KYC to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and improve employee and client experience

**What we’ll offer you**

**Your key responsibilities**

Support management of CM Tech book of work to help deliver the ADC/ cross-platform/ production support objectives from a technical perspective. Manage the technical delivery of the ADC/ X-platform Book of Work, including resolving risks/ issues/ dependencies across various technical components and priorities. Focus on CLT deliveries and roadmap as the key initiative driving state. Support CM Tech planning and working within the CM Tech agile delivery framework. Partnership with existing CM Tech architecture and design functions, development leads and dev ops.

**Your skills and experience**

Experience of agile delivery process and implementation in Deutsche Bank or organizations of comparable complexity. Project management experience (3-5 years) Understanding of Client Data Management processes and consuming business processes (preferable) Ability to manage technology and business stakeholders. Graduate degree or above. Demonstrable, working, technical knowledge of JVM implementations across both n-tier and event-driven architectures. Experience of technical management across complex legacy (e.g. database monolithic) and modern/strategic (e.g. event-driven) architectures. Experience of environment deployments across various Linux platforms (Physical servers, Virtual servers, Openshift, Cloud-based Kubernetes). Practical knowledge of Oracle Database platforms, including PL/SQL knowledge, database design (database layout), and database operations (table stats, indexing, performance, monitoring, etc). Experience of supporting Agile deliveries and supporting the unblocking of technical dependency issues, across the SDLC. Strong evidence of successfully integrating with, and supporting, Architecture teams’ defined architectural principles. A strong delivery ethic, with willingness to work on a wide variety of technical projects across both well planned and emergency timelines
