**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise security guards across assigned sites.
- Ensure proper deployment and rotation of security personnel.
- Record and monitor attendance and shift schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure service satisfaction.
- Handle shift planning and replacements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in a similar field officer or security management role. (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of security operations and shift management.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Must be familiar with locations across Tamilnadu,.

**Employment Terms**:

- **Probation Period**: 3 months
- **Benefits after Probation**: Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI)
