Field Officer

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive **Field Officer** to manage and supervise security operations at client sites. The Field Officer will ensure proper deployment of guards, discipline, and smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Verify guard deployment, duty rosters, and attendance daily.
- Conduct **site visits, night rounds, and surprise inspections** to monitor guard alertness.
- Ensure all guards are in proper **uniform, ID card, and equipped** for duty.
- Replace absentees or underperforming guards immediately.
- Collect and submit attendance sheets, incident reports, and client feedback to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain **direct communication with clients** for operational requirements and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Provide **on-the-spot guidance or correction** to guards regarding duty procedures.
- Support in training new guards on site-specific instructions.
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and compliance among security staff.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience in security supervision / field operations.
- Strong communication and people-handling skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned locations.
- Basic knowledge of security operations, access control, fire & safety.
- Education: Minimum **12th Pass** (Graduate preferred).
- Prior experience in a security agency.
**Salary**:
₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
