Position - R&D Supervisor Experience - 1-2 Years Qualification - Diploma/Degree(Mechanical) Location - Talegaon Dhamdhere, specific condition: Experience in 2D,3D drawing on AutoCAD, Solid works Job Responsibility and Duties: Task/Activity: - 1) Assist design and development projects for new products, product/process changes and enhancements including related testing, prototypes, tooling and fixtures. 2) Create and maintain accurate documentation of product concepts, tooling, drawings and shop orders in coordination with the quality Assurance & manufacturing functions. 3) Contribute to the intellectual property position of the company with support of 4) Troubleshoot and suggest creative solutions to process and design issues. 5) Perform routine and non-routine testing to produce reliable and precise data to support product development investigations. Testing to include mechanical properties. Prepare summaries of test results in graphical and written formats. 6) Lead training of assemblers, leads and other technicians for new processes developed by new product development teams. 7) Independently work on multiple project tasks and assignments for timely completion. 8) Perform basic statistical analysis of test results. 9) Keep detailed engineering notebook notes and experiment documentation. 10) Other duties as assigned. 11) Responsible for new drawings/drawing modifications. 12) Provide specialist technical advices and support on all aspects of Tool design, Manufacturing, Testing. 13) Properly maintain ISO Documents: i) Master List of Drawings ii) PDDH iii) Proto Register & sample tested iv) Engineering change note notice v) Engineering change implementation check sheet. 14) Testing batch wise MFI & Density. 15) Responsible for Key Performance Indicators. 16) Finished Goods Testing on sampling basis during Pune factory visit. 17) Co-ordinate with purchase and Tool room for quotation approval with management. 18) Problem solving, operation monitoring; experience with Solid works, Auto CAD, Mould flow; ability to understand molding machine, Maintain Injection Mold Standards 19) Responsible for all documents (R & D), as well as KPI Monitoring: - 1) Support prototype and pilot production of new products, product changes and enhancements in coordination with the manufacturing and Quality Control functions. 2) Coordinate work with outside vendors and internal personnel including material procurement and testing. 3) Assist in product quality assurance including documentation, testing and inspection, product and process development, and non-conforming product investigations. 4) Prepare R & D meetings MOM 5) Maintain project files Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - R&D Supervisor: 1 year (preferred) **Location**: - Talegaon Dhamdhere, Pune, Maharashtra (required) Work Location: In person
