Job Summary:
The Purchase Manager is responsible for leading the procurement function, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

2. Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices.

3. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Supplier Management

1. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

2. Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms.

3. Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery.

Purchase Operations

1. Manage the procurement process: requisition, tendering, evaluation, and award.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements.

Inventory Management

1. Oversee inventory levels, storage, and logistics.

2. Implement inventory optimization strategies.

3. Ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.

Budgeting and Cost Control

1. Develop and manage procurement budgets.

2. Analyze expenditure and identify areas for cost reduction.

3. Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

Team Management

1. Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.

2. Provide training, guidance, and support.

3. Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues.

Quality Assurance

1. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

2. Conduct regular audits and inspections.

3. Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
