As a Promoter or Market Representative for Himalaya Wellness, you will play a key role in building brand awareness for our Baby Care products at top-tier hospitals across the city. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with hospital administration, the operations team, and new mothers, ensuring that Himalaya Wellness Baby Care samples are distributed effectively. You’ll also collect essential data from recipients, including basic information about the mothers and their contact details, to support our outreach efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with Hospital administrators and operational heads.
- Conduct sampling activities for Himalaya Wellness Baby Care products within hospital premises, ensuring that samples reach new mothers.
- Educate new mothers about Himalaya Wellness Baby Care products, creating brand awareness and fostering positive engagement.
- Collect necessary information (basic details of the mother and contact information) as part of the sampling program.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demean or, representing Himalaya Wellness in a polished and well-groomed manner.
- Travel as required within the main city, carrying sampling materials and promotional items as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- **2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales, marketing, or promotional roles.**
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with hospital staff and new mothers.
- Willingness to travel across the city (travel allowance will be provided).

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively represent Himalaya Wellness and explain product benefits.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage sampling materials and collect accurate data.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

**Travel**: 100% Field role

**Reporting**: Project Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
