In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues through chat support. This is a work from home position and offers a flexible schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries through chat support in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot the technical issues faced by customers and provide quick resolutions
- Communicate effectively with customers, provide accurate and concise information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Utilize available resources to stay current with product and technology changes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers and various software programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for WFH
