Communication Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal and external communication of various stakeholder across JAIN Group
- Create and deliver engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, websites, and press releases.
- Coordinate and assist, company websites and social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent writing brand guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all communication initiatives align with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent delivery of work.
- Coordinate with media houses and develop relationships with journalists to secure media coverage etc.
- Monitor and analyze communication initiatives to determine their effectiveness and recommend management for approvals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass communication and Journalism or related field.
- Team handling skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a Corp Comm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in various new technology and social media platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, PR, media relations etc.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
