**Job/Position Title**: OFFICE EXECUTIVE

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Maintaining Record of**
Daily visits of each sales executive
Daily attendance record of North India Staff
Maintain cheques details deposited & mail to HO
Maintain bill payment (electricity, phone ,courier ,taxi, etc)
Maintain visiting card stock for the north India staff.
**Sales Co ordination**
Order confirmation sent to commercial
Dispatch follow up with commercial department
Pending order follow up
Quotation, introductory letter& PI required by concern person as well as customer
Order & Payment follow up with each sales person as well as customer
**Maintain Office Finance**
Maintain expenses of north India Staff
Maintain traveling expenses
Co ordination with Finance department regarding fund transfer (for rent, convenes, traveling allowance etc)
**Additional Duties**
Coordinating for the Hotel booking, taxi booking for the HO visitors who visit Gurgaon office.
Maintaining office stationery items, office regular maintenance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
