We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller with a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts and excellent communication skills to join our team in Agra.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer-focused role.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to address client inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Showcase a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts to address initial queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and client details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Tele Calling: 1 year (preferred)
